La página oficial de Los Beatles confirmó hoy el lanzamiento de Revolver con una nueva remasterización, acompañada de ediciones especiales, a partir del 28 de octubre.
"La nueva mezcla estéreo, obtenida directamente de las cintas maestras originales de cuatro pistas, se presenta con una claridad sorprendente con la ayuda de la tecnología de desmezcla de vanguardia desarrollada por WingNut Films Productions Ltd de Peter Jackson", según el comunicado beatle.
"Con el arte del álbum original ganador del GRAMMY creado por Klaus Voormann, el CD Super Deluxe y el vinilo albergan un hermoso libro con el prólogo de Paul McCartney, una introducción de Giles Martin, un ensayo esclarecedor de Questlove y capítulos perspicaces de Kevin Howlett", agrega.
Revolver estará disponible en 5CD/4LP Super Deluxe, 2CD Deluxe, Picture Disk, 1LP, 1CD, Descarga y Streaming. Además, Dolby Atmos Mixes + mezcla mono original acompañan grabaciones y demostraciones de sesión nunca antes lanzadas, además de los EP Paperback Writer y Rain.
